Title: How to add Field to Sorting in Customized View

I forget how to add a custom field to the drop-down list of fields to sort by in Customized Views-->Category-->Settings

I know it's possible, because I have some of my own custom fields in this list. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it again. Help!

You go into a regular view, then use the 'view header menu' (hover over the tab until the menu pops up) and choose sorting.

Set your custom sorting rule, then using the same menu, hit the 'Preset' button, and 'Save'.
This will make it available for you to pick from the list shown in category options.
