I had trouble adding a WD500Z-1 switch and it turned out that the instructions may be wrong.
Once I put Engen in add mode, I then double clicked the top of the switch. I also pressed it and held it. I'm not sure which one worked, but Engen found it and it works now.
I found the tip on Amazon in the reviews of the products.
