Title: Changing e-mail address

Hi There,

I have changed my email. How do I change my email that is registered with you to the new one. While I'm at it, I might as well change the email that is used for this forum as well. Please advise. Thanks.

Visit the restore page to change your license address.

Visit your forum profile to change your forum address.

Thanks, I was able to change for the profile here. For the Change restore page, it is asking for a pw, but I don't know that. I only know of a pw for the forum but not registration. what should I put here or how do I reset my PW.

I put new pw, old email & new email 2x. Getting the below.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Still getting the below error when I try to change my mail at https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displaychange=1

I put new pw, old email & new email 2x. Getting the below.

You need to use your old password.

That's the problem. I don't know my old pw. where can I reset the PW?

Hi, following up on this. Want to change the email

I don't know my pw, how can get my pw reset so I can change my email address.

Please send your old email address and new email address to deanna at jriver dot com to look into the matter.
