Title: Missed It By That Much

I have been a registered user of JR Media Center for some years now.  But for the past two cycles of upgrades I've not received any notice that a discounted upgrade is available.  I don't read this forum much, but I saw a reference to V 23 and see that I've missed the upgrade deadline...by just that much.  Has JRiver stopped communicating with registered users about upgrades, discounted or not?

The price you see on the forum is still good for a few more days.

If you're not receiving, there are a couple of possibilities.

1.  You told us not to mail you (unsubscribe).  Just download again and enter your e-mail address there.

2.  It's going into your spam folder or your ISP is blocking jriver.com.  Search for mail from mediacenter.

You can probably add jriver.com to the list of safe senders in your e-mail program.

Thanks, Jim.  Nothing in my spam folder from JRiver and I've enabled notifications in my account setting.  Maybe I've missed a setting.  Anyway, I will upgrade to V 23 during your generous grace period and re-enter my e-mail address, which should remedy anything I've messed up.
