Title: Bitrate conversion for portables

I am new to Media Jukebox.  So far things are going well, but I can't seem to get the bitrate conversion feature of the handheld devices to work.  The manual says there should be an option to convert the bitrate in the handheld plug-in options, but there isn't one.  If I convert to a directory and then upload to the handheld, this works but it isn't very streamilined ...
