Title: No other sounds work [Solved]

 Since updating to version 23 whenever jriver is running no other sounds work in windows like video games, youtube videos, Teamspeak etc. When I shut it down everything works normally.

Do you have it set for exclusive mode?

Options>Audio>Device settings>uncheck "Exclusive mode"

It's a WASAPI setting.  Look carefully.

UN/Reinstalled my sound driver and all is working! Thanks 4 the replies.
