Title: Digital Signal Input in MC

Is it possible to receive a digital audio signal through RCA/SPDIF in MC and create a zone for it?

If yes - one needs an RCA/SPDIF input into the HTPC - I don't know of any mainboard which has these functionality - Is there an easy way to do it?

You can use a Hauppauge Colossus 2 (http://www.hauppauge.com/site/products/data_colossus2.html) or one of their HD PVR products to do it. The digital input becomes a TV "channel" in JRiver's television playback.
