Title: Playing a DVD windows 10. No picture, audio OK

So I'm getting no video, just a black screen, audio is fine. Dvd is a disc in my Pc's DVD drive. Any ideas?

What is the full version you're using?

I have the exact same problem. V. 23.0.36.  Any help would be gratefully received.
