Title: Two Media Center Questions

Have loaded Media Center onto a test computer without a sound card.  Like what we see but wonder once it is loaded onto our "real" music machine will Media Center automatically become the default player and recorder?  Have gotten used to the layout and feel of Windows Media Player for recording so would like to keep that as an option for recording.  For playback I'm fine with Media Center.

We will also use the "server" feature extensively and are curious if anyone has any suggestions or comments on this feature.

It's not a clone of Realplayer (ie it doesn't steal ur file associations)
It lets u choose the ones u want to associate with it so it'll be up to you to choose which ones u do or dont associate.

And as for the media server - best suggestion is just to play with it :)
