Title: Feature request (or bug?) - Update read-only file

I just discovered that if you change tag information, "remove tags", or "update tags" on a read-only file, nothing happens, and no error message is posted. Seems like there ought to be one.... This is with 9.0.180.

Yep, no warning for operations on R/O files

and if you try to resize a read/write picture MC will just replace the original with the resized version without any warning. (Ctrl+Z will be useless)

There is definitely a need for some warnings in the manipulation of files.
