Title: How to upgrade from MC22 to MC23 on the same PC?

I'm sure this question has been asked before and answered before. And I did look around but couldn't find an answer quickly.

I want to upgrade from MC22 (MC 22.0.108 specifically) to MC23 on a PC running Win10 Pro x64. I purchased an upgrade license several months ago, and I have the upgrade code/key from doing that. Eg,

1) Where do I find the executable to effect the upgrade?
2) Do I back up my existing library before starting the upgrade? Do I use the backup as part of the upgrade?
3) Anything else that should be obvious?

Download (from the Download Page here).  Install.  Restore.  The rest should just work.
