There are many products like this.  My favorite is the Teleportation Tweak.  Or maybe the Clever Little Clock.  Both by the same "company". It's unbelievable that these products are for sale *and* that people buy them *and* they are very impressed with the "results" they get.

I having been living my life all wrong. Not because I don't have Volcanoes on my gear but because I'm not selling them to people. Seriously. I have to look into setting up a website to sell something ridiculous to some niche.
