I believe you're using the wrong port number. In your message you indicate entering local host:51299 as the URL. I believe the correct URL is localhost:52199. It appears you've transposed the 2 and the 1.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I am using the correct host (52199). I incorrectly type '51299' it into my post.

Also, the issue of not being able to access Panel was my error. (It was a matter of me not correctly configuring MC23 for use on my network).

I have corrected the issue on my network and Panel now works perfectly.
