Title: MP4 Home Videos Playing rotated in JRiver

Support

I have added some videos from a mobile phone into JRiver, the Thumbnail images have been correctly set either horizontal or vertical.
When I play the video's they always play widescreen, even if the video has been shot vertically.
When I play in Windows Media Player they work correctly.

Assistance appreciated

You might try Red October HQ instead of standard, because it should support loading the rotation information.

Hmmm thought I had HQ toggled on but will dbl check tonight, thanks Matt.
