I've searched but unable to find a mechanism that would allow me to structure a snapshot of the library, also sort out which info columns preferred, possibly also allow for adding the album cover art. An example might look like -- a complete print-out such as shown when selecting "All Albums" would come in handy, but also needed is the ability to set it up where each album [and it's associated info] are assigned a page number could allow for selective page(s) printing.
I attempted to try ...File\Print List, but that turned out a 297 page document with row upon row of numbers following by lots of pages of text -- very strange.
Thanks in advance.

You can select files in any view, and copy to the clipboard. Then paste into a spreadsheet.

I'm assuming that when you say "you can select files in any view" that you are referring to music files. I don't want to copy/paste music files. I simply would like to print out a complete [or a page range] of the Album names and their associated tracks, just as it appears in the "All Albums" view with only the Album name, track #, and track title columns.
Album Name
track1: title
track2
track n

nope
- make a view that only shows the columns you want to see (this is optional of course - it's easy to eliminate columns in a spreadsheet)
- select any amount of tracks
- copy (ctrl-c)
- go into spreadsheet
- pick a cell and paste (ctrl-v)
- enjoy having exactly what you asked for
i like excel, the remove duplicates function is a great way to get a spreadsheet of albums only

Yes, this works but not ideal.
Would like to see the Album name listed once in the left-most column (A), with the tracks listed below in the (B) column.
Same as they appear when in All Albums view, even better, a small cover art image as well.
The only way that I have been able to achieve this is with screen shots, but only able to capture limited number.
Thank you.

this is not possible within MC. it is a database, not a reporting tool
it wouldn't be too hard to format a spreadsheet or even HTML document the way you describe, but all reporting takes time.
