Title: Install Wizard could not copy all files. Windows must be restarted

I have 5 Windows 10 64bit (fully updated) machines running latest MC23. When ever I do a version update on my laptop I get this error "Install Wizard could not copy all files. Windows must be restarted to complete setup.". This does NOT happen on any of the other 4 machines, only the laptop. Not a big deal, just wondering what's different about the laptop...

Something like recording going on when you install?

No, not recording. It's my laptop. Only a client that I use specifically for scheduling recordings and cleaning up tags.
