Title: Help re:restoring plus features w/out paying again

I reformatted my hard drive and installed a new OS...I was able to restore my license but how do I upgrade to the plus features without having to pay the fee again? There are no links in any of the e-mails....and everywhere I have checked prompts me to pay again. Please help.... :)
