Title: Audio->Recent albums
Post by: yukibarr on September 02, 2017, 05:46:45 pm
My library of recent albums is sorted by 'date imported'. Nevertheless, several albums which i had in my library for a long time suddenly appear at the top or near the top of that list. Can anyone advise why this is happening and and how i can stop that from occurring. Thanks

changing the computer name, title of the album, album artist, date, any major change to the album all come to mind

That makes sense. I'd expect the MC to think that an albums was recently imported to my library if any of the album's or computer attributes have been changed. The curious thing is that i haven't changed any of it. It just occurred to me that the albums that mascarade as newly imported albums are whole album flac and logfile format. There are other albums in that format that have not come up as newly imported though

There's some sort of bug with CUE files.  Every time auto import runs, it thinks the CUE files are new.  I read a recent thread about it.  Within the last 10 days.
