Title: MC 23 playing mp4 files

I just paid for a license for MC 23. I THOUGHT that you had fixed the offline installer issue. Apparently, thats not the case. When I try to play any video file MC 23 just sits there saying "opening". I know, from MC 20, that it is trying to download mp4 codecs.

There is no problem with installing the files you need for video.  The problem is probably a firewall or other "security" software on your machine.

Try it from another machine if you have one, just as a test.

You must have an Internet connection.
