Title: NO MP3 Encoder available (nor Muse or Ogg)

"there was a problem loading selected encoder"   when attempting to set encoder in options simply fails when I attempt to convert

had the same problem in MC22

Your PC needs an internet connection to be able to download the required components.
It's also possible one (or more?) of your firewalls are blocking the outbound connection attempt.

 :) Thanks I dialed back the rather aggressive antivirus settings on the firewall and it worked perfectly.  Downloaded all 3 encoders
