I am new to this board but have been using JRiver for years. in the last, JR 23, I have a strange problem. When I input a new album, sometimes the program remembers names I used before and fills them automatically, or gives a submenu where I can select. But the word is "sometimes". How can I make sure this works all the time?
Any help will be much appreciated!
