Hi,
in "Audio" -"Album Artist" with "Thumbnails" or "Details", when I click on a letter in the alphabet, it jumps to the first artist that starts with that letter, but, if my previous position was above the selected letter it places that thumbnail at the BOTTOM of the scrollable view. So, for example, if I am scrolled all the way to the top and I click on 'P', I see mostly M, N, and O artists with the P artists starting at the bottom of the view. And if the first P artist happens to fall at the end of the row, that's the only one I see. If my current position is below the selected letter, then the newly selected letter starts at the top.
Is there a way to make it more logical, in a manner that shows as many of the matching items as possible by placing the first one at the TOP of the view regardless of the previous position?
Thanks,

Anybody?

We will take a look at it. Thanks.

I'm not sure I can reproduce it.
If I scroll above or below, then hit a letter on the alphabet, it scrolls so that letter is at the top of the view.
Which is what you'd want since others by the same letter would be below.
Any tips? Thanks.

^ Matt, I believe you are probably clicking on the letter ribbon at the top of the view that has a through z on it. This works as you have described. I *think* the OP is actually pressing letters on the keyboard. Pressing keys on the keyboard behaves as the OP has described.

Ah, got it.
Coming next build we'll tune this.
Changed: Typed navigation in a list makes the first match at the top of the scroll position instead of the bottom.

Great, thanks for support!
Hope it will be also in next 64 bit build.

^ It is. All of the 32 bit features are in the 64 bit builds too. These are NOT separate products. Just different builds of the same code that MC is compiled from.
