Title: playlists in MC22 are not available after upgrading to MC23

How do I import my Media Center 22 playlists into v23?

Try restoring a V22 backup into V23. See the videos in my footer below for details on how to upgrade from V22 to V23.

Mine imported automatically. I can't seem to uninstall Media Center 22 though. ?

Shut down MC23 UI and Server service, if you have that running. Run MC22 again and let it make changes to your PC. You should see a UAC popup for that if you have UAC active. Uninstall MC22. Run MC23 again and let it makes changes. Done.

If the above doesn't work for some reason, such as a partly completed uninstall, install the latest MC22 again instead of just running it, then when finished, install the latest MC23 again just to be sure.

Note: If MC22 is the 32bit, and MC23 is the 64bit, you should run the installation for MC22 as above to get the correct bits in place for a clean uninstall, then install 64bit MC23 again.

Install the latest build of MC22:

and then uninstall.
