Title: Upgrade to Master Lic only for 64 bit 23.0.60 ?

Downloaded new 23.0.60 and installed all OK.  When I try to upgrade I am only offered a Master Licence for $49.98.  Is that all there is now?
There used to be a Windows only version for around $26 (I think).
