Hi all,
Music Canoe 1.6 has been released on the Android store! Not much has changed in this release other than some things under the covers:
1. Automated "unit" tests of underlying playback and sync engines, resulting in higher reliability (although not all bugs will be fixed!)
2. Redesigned playback engine
3. Redesigned network access
4. Smaller install size
5. Removed compatibility with versions of Android < v4.4
For those unaware, Music Canoe is an alternative audio-only Media Center Client purpose built for Android. In addition to playing audio very well, it can also sync playlists to your local device.
