Title: Unable to recover license info Media Center 19

Hi,

I paid for MC 19. When I try to restore the license number here https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displayemail=1 (https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displayemail=1) I use the emails I think I registered it with and get a message that an email with the info was sent but I never receive that email.

How do you resolve a situation like this that needs someone to look at this specific case in detail and issue the restore codes?

Check your spam folder.  Search for e-mail from buy-button (at jriver).
