I upgraded from a licensed Ver 8 to Ver 9 and got charged for a new purchase instead of the upgrade amount how do I get a refund? :'(

Depending on your license, it may not have been upgradeable.

I am sure it tells you how much it is going to charge you. if it was not the correct amount why did you push continue?

I Thought this was a place you could get help not sarcastic comments by the know-all kingSparta.
Matt I had a version 8 licence and my understanding was your program would recognise this and adjust accordingly. I must say the level of comment such as kingspartas does not lead me to want to recommend your product to other new users. Why is there no way of asking for help without other idiots making stupid comments?
