Title: Recorded playback from camera capture card is at a very high speed

Lots of posts on the TV front from me today.... I'm using a www.magewell.com/usb-capture-hdmi-plus usb card, live video playback is stable and with very little, if any, latency. If I switch it into time shifting then the screen freezes. If I rewind and then press play, it plays back the recorded content at top speed until it catches up to the present time and then it freezes again.
