Solved: Added a port exception rule for the port JRiver remote was using on the Firewall program that I use.
JRemote will not connect anymore.
Been using JRemote flawlessly but all of a sudden I cant't connect anymore.
I am using local network never had an issue before.
I am getting "Connection failed" message
I have tried resting key and entering new key on JRemote on android no luck.
I have tried setting up new server wit the new key also no luck.

It's a networking problem. A firewall on the server could do it.
Try the wiki topic on Network Access (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Network_Access) .

Interesting there was a recent Win 10 update and Eset update looks like one of them were blocking the port made an exception rule works now.
Didn't know updates could actually re-block software that were previously tagged as being white listed.
