Title: [REQ] Allow an MC client to do more operations

Some operations are only supported by the server, allowing the client to do these would make it easier to use MC across the home. These operations include;

- ripping (BDs, CDs)
- convert format

Add these too:
- moving files
- assign cover art
- kick off auto import
- allow viewing of simple TV STATUS/LOGS from Server
