Title: Update: No CD Rip with 23.0.73 (x64) and Fall Creators update

Update: installed .76 (x64) yesterday and my issue stays present.

-"Open drive failed: no open drive" message on every attempt to rip a CD.
- Deleted the BR-DVD driver from W10 -> rebooted the NUC -> W10 reinstals same driver -> still "Open drive failed".

Initial post:
Hi all, updated earlier this week to .73 (x64) and today to the Fall Creators update.

Since then i can't get a CD ripped.
The albumtitel is showed but no tracks.
MC comes back as "nothing to rip".

Anyone any idea or workaround ?
Have tried to go back to .70 but same issue.
Did the Fall Creators update broke or modified something which MC needs ?

Nobody any clue or idea what could be causing this issue ?
Other users not having any problem with ripping a cd since the Win 10 update ?
.76 didn't fixed the issue neither.

Does the 32-bit version of MC23 work?

As a general rule of thumb, if you like your PC working, don't upgrade to a new OS version on day 1. :)
I don't think I've seen other reports of this though.

Thanks to all for your input,

Have tried the following suggestions today:

-Reinstal of Win 10: version 1703.
-Reinstal of the BR/DVD driver.
-Excluding MC from Defender as also disabling Defender completely at some stage.

After one of many reboots the ripping process finally started, but only once !?
Immediately after the first cd finished i inserted a second disc but not a single content was found.
Restarting MC or rebooting the server didn't helped.

Discs are clean and/or brandnew.
ID of the discs are showed, but the content/tracks aren't listed.
"Failed to open drive".
Refresh of drives/devices not helping.

At the end i did also reinstalled AnyDVD, just to be able to rip DVD's from it's own interface.

Strange as ripping cd's didn't caused me any issue before even on early x64 versions...

If someone still has a clue, please let me know :-)
