Title: DP-X1 Not Detected

hello..
im having problems with Media Center [latest version] detecting my DP-X1 (https://www.onkyousa.com/Products/model.php?m=DP-X1A&class=Portable&source=prodClass) on my laptop HP Elite X2. I have modified security protocols to allow full access to removable devices, but still I cannot have the media center detect the DP-X1. any solution would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Handhelds aren't yet supported in the 64 bit version of MC.

thanks for the info. how come in my old laptop, I'm still able to connect my handheld to the MC after I made an upgrade to the 64 version?

Maybe you still have the 32 bit version installed.

the 32bit was uninstalled and replaced by the 64bit version
