Title: Unable to upgrade from v. 8 to 9

I have desperately tried to follow all of the instructions to purchase version 9.  I bought version 8 becuase I wanted version 9, but decided to use 8 in the meantime.  when I made the purchase, I followed the instructions, but ended up with version 8 somehow.  since there is no "technical support" to contact, I posted to the board - but got no response :

now 9 is released and I will not pay for it again.  Can somebody please address this for me and contact me via email.
