Title: License question
Post by: yommo on September 01, 2003, 07:13:05 am
Hi,
I just paid for media jukebox 8 and the e-mail said that "Your installation key, good for two weeks."  What happens if a year from now my system crashes and I need to reinstall the program?  I have to pay for it again?

Any light on this would make me feel less crumby.

Thanks

I guess you did not read the installation key web pages

you can get a new key from the restore page each key is good for 2 weeks.

you can get 10 restores per year

if for some reason you need more you can tell them why they will check there recores and if all is ok they normaly will reset your restores.
