Title: Problems with "manage plug-ins"
Post by: lello on November 02, 2017, 04:17:02 am
For a while I can not install plug-ins through "manage plug-ins"; as soon as I try, JRiver crashes. I uninstalled, cleaned everything, reinstalled without loading the library, but crashes the same. I also reinstalled the 32-bit version, but the same problem.

I also tried the laptop, where there is a basic version, regularly recorded but no setup, and it also happens to them: can it depend on Win10?

On the HTPC event viewer, the problem seems to be the ntdll.dll file but I do not understand why the problem also occurs on the laptop.

What version are you using?  A later one may be available at the top of the MC23 board.

I currently have 23.73. I also tried reinstalling an old version (I think 60) but the problem remained.

Do you have BitDefender installed, by chance?
