Title: Hour-based Playlist

Is there any features allowing us to automate playlist change every x hours? or perhaps Playlist A for 7 AM - 8 AM, and then change to Playlist B for 8 AM - 9 AM, and so on..

You could play around with Services & Plug-ins > Scheduler in the tree.

It does allow scheduling playlists for example.
