Title: Name not equal as Filename

Hello everyone! I'm sorry for my bad English...
I would like the names displayed on TV to be the same as the filename (which has the name series + season + episode + name). instead I always have to rename them using F12 in the library tools. Can not it be automatic?

If you're using Theater View, look at the options for display there.

Read the wiki topic on Carnac.  It can fill tags from the file name.
