Title: Playlist Creation

I'm trying to create a playlist from songs of a particular genre that are not already in any playlist.

Any ideas, anyone?  ?

Create a new Smartlist.

Add Rule -> Genre... -> choose the genre you want.
Add Rule -> Playlist -> choose the playlists you want to exclude, and make sure that Exclude is selected at the bottom.

That should do it.

One final discovery that might be of help to others like me who know just enough to get in trouble ::)

When I used add rule genre and add rule playlist in that order, I got a blank result. When the order is reversed: add rule playlist and add rule genre, I got the correct response.
