Title: Annoying startup message

MC keeps prompting me to go online whenever I start it up. I'm guessing it's wanting to reload the Start page or summat. I went online thinking it would stop the message at least for a while, but it still happens every time.

How can I disable this?

there was an option under tools\options\Start Up

and i just checked it is still there, mine is not checked, but i always have an internet connection so i never see this problem.
