Title: Galaxy S8 not detected

My new galaxy S8 is not detected by JR 23.0.81 x64. I can't sync my music with my device.

The 64-bit builds of MC23 don't have handheld support yet. You can try using the 32-bit version if you need handheld support.

ok, thank you for the information.

is it possible install the 2 versions in the same pc? 32 and 64 bits versions.
for activate the product any problem?

Yep, it's possible and does work.
