Title: In tagging in Action Windows Why the first playlist is open

Hello,

After many years of using your great product , there are few "issues" that  I face regularly that I find annoying. There are not bugs  but rather  features that need attention.
I will post one message per issue:

  "Playlist during tagging in Action Windows"

 Each time I use the Tagging Action Windows to   check or uncheck playlist, the first Playlist group is always  expanded and others are not. This is annoying especially when the first playlist group has a lot of playlist. 
In term of usability, it would find better to not expand any,  or even better to remember which ones were expanded on the previous tagging (and even better to remember it for each Media type).

Next build we'll try this:
NEW: The expanded states of playlists in the tag window are saved between file selections and opens of the tag window.
