Title: Got billed twice for license

Hoping staff member can help. I got billed twice for my license purchase. I am not sure if the web page was broken, or it refreshed or what. I was going it from my media center PC which isn't the most robust or easy to navigate machine.

Couldn't find a contact us method on the website. How do I get help?
