Title: ARC 2 VST plug-in wont install MC 23 64 bit

Hi, I have been using IK Multimedia's ARC 2 plugin with the last 5 or so iterations of JRiver media centre.  I recently reinstalled MC23 64bit, and I am now unable to load the plug-in. The pathway is DSP Studio, Manage Plug-ins, Add JRiver, VST etc. It opens the folder and I can select the plug-in Message: Error. Failed to install plug-in. The ARC 2 plug-in is a .dll file.
 Grateful any suggestions.

Sorry folks. I moved a copy of the ARC 2.dll file into another folder (in the 64 bit programs folder on the C drive). MC found it and it works. cheers.

Welcome to the forum.  You will need a 64 bit version of the plug-in, if it's available.
