Title: Scheduler
Post by: al1947 on November 29, 2017, 12:22:24 pm
I am baffled by the scheduler feature... and can't find info in the knowledge base or FAQ

Nothing exotic: I just want to set a schedule that stops whatever is playing (ie, the playing now queue) at a specific time. How do I do this?

Coming next build:
NEW: Added the ability to add a stop command to the Scheduler.

Great! Thanks.

Now, to push my luck, with the existing scheduler "play" dialog, I do not see a way to simply play what's already in the playing now queue. Choices are whole library, playlist, or a search. Can playing now be added as a choice?

Also, the "duration" option is fixed; there does not appear to be a way to change it.

Coming next build:
NEW: Added the choice of Playing Now to the play command in the scheduler to start playback of whatever is in Playing Now.

You're on a roll  :P
