Title: AAC Encoding in JRiver

I apologize if this question has been asked before, but can I use JRiver for Windows to encode ripped CDs in AAC format?

If not, can this option be made available in the future?

It's on the list to offer this, and it's slowly moving upwards. Not sure when I'll get to it, though.

An external encoder is required to convert to AAC. That's what I do for loading audio on to my phone.

Check the forum (search) for more detail. This one has been touched on a few times in the past.
