Title: Gizmo (newest version just installed) working with MC22.0.110? [Solved]

Hi

Gizmo (newest version just installed) working with MC22.0.110?

I tried Gizmo earlier (several month ago).

It then worked (on Samsung Android mobile).

Now today I get connection, it shows genres/album. If I choose a song and hit "play" I get the message "checking cache, preparing, checking cache, preparing..." which is displayed in short intervals over and over.

What may be the problem. DLNA I added all devices that are available.

By the  way is Gizmo still the way to go? Last updated 2015!!

What to use better instead?

Gizmo should work.  Firewall?  Open 52100 to 52200.

You might look at Panel, if you haven't.

Solved.

yes checked firwall but somehow the Samsung Mobile was stuck.
Rebooted it and it works with Gizmo.
