Title: Password Not Accepted

I can't install JRiver on my home computer (it's currently on my laptop).
The window pops up asking for my User Name and Password, but has only ONE box to put the password in.
Even after I changed my password and it works on my laptop, it will not accept my password on my home computer. Therefore, JRiver 23 can't be installed.
I need help!

Maybe your password on the laptop difers from the one on your PC? I suppose you mean your windows password?
