Title: How do I get MC to show double/triple albums as one icon instead of two/three
Post by: baldo on December 14, 2017, 06:31:42 am
In my MC display I see double albums as separate icons for each disc.  So, Abba double album shows as two icons.

How can get such albums to display as a single icon and order the tracks according to each disc.  ie Disc 1 track 1,2,3; disc 2 track 1, 2, 3..

If I remove the disc name/ number from the album name then the tracks display as 1,1,2,2,3,3 etc.

Do I need to set up a separate filed that has the album name and then I display using that field. Let me know how I can do this.

See the attached screenshot.

Thanks for any help that you can offer.

Use the Disc # and Total Discs (and Total Tracks along with Track # if you want to see the count) tags.

Disc number is a stock library field in MC.

You have "disc 1" in the album title.  You need to get that changed in the tags
