Title: JRmc does not see my "E" drive
Post by: Woodchuck#1 on December 18, 2017, 09:27:58 am
I put all my music in a new folder in the "E" drive and now JRmc is telling me it does not see any files in the " C" drive. How do I make JRmc "look" in the "E" drive too?

Please read the topic called Moving Files on our wiki.

There are almost certainly are easier ways (the Wiki) to do this but the way that I have done it is:

Open Media Center then click Tools-Options-Library & Folders -Configure Auto Import.
Click Browse then navigate to the folder on the E Drive to select it then check the tasks you want MC to do (Analyze Audio etc) below on the screen before clicking Finish.
Close out of the Options windows then click File-Library-Import and let MC do its magic.

Got it going finally. I had to physically input the folder and then saved it. I also saved the Wiki for future reference. There is a lot to learn here. JRmc sounds real good. It was worth the effort to rip those CDs.
