Title: Samsung Note 8

Hi,

I have a Samsung Note 8 and JRiver will not see the device.  I can see it in windows explorer and open it.  I tried to redetect all devices and nothing.  Drives and Devices and then Explorer just does not want to see it.   I have both internal memory and a card. Please help.

If you're using the 64-bit build of Media Center 23 for Windows, it currently doesn't have handheld support yet.

If this is the case, you'll have to use the 32-bit build of Media Center 23 for Windows for the time being.
